Note to all the Chefs out there:
The dry leaf goes and fine tea cut go well with just about any vegetable dish. Try a medley of Italian squash, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, garlic and carrot. Adding a little moringa leaf boosts the nutrition and presentation in just about anything.
Whole leaf makes an elegant tea, just add a rounded tablespoon in a tea ball, linen herb bag or just loose in the cup and steep for 4 minutes. Moringa goes well with lemon peel and of course honey. You can use less of the fine tea cut, like a rounded teaspoon.
Experiment with serving sizes, you may find one that suits you perfectly.

Love the Tea
Sometimes I start my day with a couple of cups of hot Moringa Tea, instead of coffee. But everyday I drink cold Moringa Tea all throughout the day. I mix with the Moringa leaves, a little Ginger and Green Tea leaves, and sweeten with Stevia, for a cold refreshing and extremely healthy drink.

My Favorite of the Moringa line
I drink this tea both hot and cold. With the Moringa Tea Leaves I will also add a tea bag or two of Green Tea, as well as some Ginger/Lemon tea. I like to start out the day with a couple of cups of hot tea. Then the rest of the day I drink it cold. All day long around the house I have a giant metal insulated cup near mean. Normally I will drink a picture of tea in 2 or 3 days. Along with this I only sweeten with Stevia, much of which I grow myself. I just realized I had not said anything about the health benefits. According to all the information I have found the Moringa Tree is possibly the nearest tree to the Tree of Life, I highly recommend these products to everyone, because if you have nothing to lose by trying, and everything to gain healthwise if you are successful, then we must try.
